摘  要:迁钢2160热轧2号加热炉于2013年9月开始燃烧系统节能改造。改造很好地实现了蓄热式烧嘴与其它常规烧嘴在大型步进式板坯加热炉上混合使用,通过两年多的实际运行,取得了良好的效果,达到了改善环境、降低燃耗、提高加热质量、简化操作的要求,提高了2号加热炉的综合竞争力,也为迁钢在能源紧张的新形势下提供了新思路。Qiangang 2160 hot rolling mill No.2 furnace started the regenerative burner retrofit project in September 2013.Through this retrofit, regenerative burners and conventional burners were very well combined to be utilized on big walking beam slab reheating furnace.After two years'running, excellent results were achieved on improving environment, lowering the fuel rate of production, improving heat-ing quality and simplifying operation.The overall competitiveness of the No.2 furnace was improved af-ter the retrofit.The experience that was achieved on this retrofit project provides innovative thought for future retrofits under the new situation of energy shortage that Qiangang was facing.
