摘 要:针对高炉除尘中焦炭和未燃煤粉的组织结构特点(显微组分和微晶结构等),研究了目前用于高炉煤粉利用率的分析方法。详细论述了煤岩显微组分分析法、X射线衍射法和拉曼光谱法的理论依据及计算方法,并分析了不同方法的优缺点。煤岩显微组分分析法操作简单,运用范围广,但主观因素较大。X射线衍射法科学严谨,设备费用适宜,但对标准样的依赖程度较大。拉曼光谱法分析技术较为前沿,目前只适合于半定量分析,有待继续发展,且设备费用较为昂贵。According to the microtexture and carbon structure features of coke and UPC ( unburnt pul-verized coal) in blast furnace dust, on the analysis methods of utilization of pulverized coal in blast furnace was studied.The theoretical basis and calculation method of the three analysis methods ( mi-crotexture analysis, X-ray diffraction and Raman spectra) were illustrated in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of the three analysis methods were also discussed.The method of microtexture analy-sis is simple operation and widely application, but in some case it has larger subjective factors.The method of X-ray diffraction is more rigorous and has appropriate equipment costs.But the accuracy of the results is depended on the selections of standard samples.Raman spectra analysis technique is preface, but it is only suitable for the semi-quantitative analysis, so more research should be continu-ing.What more, the expensive equipment cost is also a limiting factor for Raman spectra analysis.
