摘 要:研究烧结矿冷却过程中排放烟气的温度及热量分布特性,对于估算余热量和配置余热锅炉有重要意义。对198m2和415m2两种国内典型的烧结环冷机的排烟温度进行测量及分析,结果表明:沿着环冷机旋转方向烟气温度呈现近似线性下降;适合于低温余热发电的温度在250℃以上的烟气,其热量约为环冷机排放烟气总热量的2/3,约占烧结过程固体燃耗的30%。It is significant to estimate waste heat resource and to configure HRSG by studying the tem-perature and heat distribution characteristics of exhaust gas discharged from cooling process of sintering ore.The exhaust gas temperature at two typical sintering circular-cooler in size of 198m2 and 415m2 were measured and analyzed.The results show that, the exhaust gas temperature presents approximate linearly decrease along the direction of circular-cooler rotation, it is about 2/3 of the total heat of ex-haust gas discharged from circular-cooler and 30%of solid fuel consumption for sintering process that the heat carried by exhaust gas at the temperature above 250℃meanwhile suitable for low temperature waste heat recovery for power generation.
