摘  要:针对氯化钙等盐水对碳钢等金属的腐蚀问题,对盐水的腐蚀机理进行了研究,研制了LMH系列盐水专用缓蚀剂,该缓蚀剂不含铬酸盐、亚硝酸盐等有毒有害成分,属环境友好型产品。同时该产品具有用量低、缓蚀效率高等优点。介绍了实验过程中影响缓蚀率的因素,产品缓蚀率可达97%以上。Aiming at the corrosion problem of saline water on carbon steel and other metals, the corrosion mechanism of brine was researched, and LMH series saline water corrosion inhibitors were developed. The inhibitors do not contain chromate, nitrite and other toxic and harmful ingredients, belong to environment friendly products. At the same time, it has low dosage and high inhibition efficiency. At last, factors to affect the inhibition efficiency in the experiment were introduced. The inhibition efficiency can reach above 97% under suitable conditions.
