摘　　要：MTBE装置生产过程中产生的有毒性危害的物质有甲醇、MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)以及C4组分正丁烷、异丁烷、异丁烯。通过对MTBE装置生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度进行分析,找出职业病危害的控制点,并采取相应的防护管理措施对策。There are some toxic materials such as methyl alcohol,MTBE （methyl tert-butyl ether）, and C4 components of n-butane, isobutane, isobutene in the production of MTBE plant. In this paper, occupational hazards and the degree of harm in MTBE production process were analyzed. Control points of occupational hazards were determined, and appropriate protective management measures were put forward.
