摘　　要：石油石化工业在国民经济发展中起着不可替代的作用,随之而来的石油石化企业也已成为国家安全监督的重点行业。作为安全生产中重要手段的防静电技术,就成为石油石化企业安全生产的重要保证之一。石油库中常用的防静电技术,一般包括静电接地、跨接技术、静电中和技术、工艺控制技术三个方面。阐述和总结了石油库防静电技术的原理、技术路线等问题。Petroleum and petrochemical industry plays an irreplaceable role in the development of natlonal economy, so safety supervision of the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises is very important. As an important means in safety production, anti-electrostatic technology has become one of important guarantees of safe production in petrochemical enterprises. Common antistatic technologies for oil bases include static grounding, cross connect technology, electrostatic neutralization technology and process control technology. In this paper, principles and technical routes of the anti electrostatic technologies were described and summarized.
