摘 要:针对传统仓储管理系统布线复杂、效率低下等问题,提出了一种远程仓储管理系统方案,利用RFID电子标签实现货物出库入库自动识别,利用ZigBee技术实现局域网仓储环境参数无线采集,仓储环境不合适及时报警,仓储环境参数可利用3G网络传到远端监控器或手机,硬件设计及布线结构简单。介绍了该系统的组成,分析了集中器和采集器的软硬件设计。测试结果表明,该远程管理系统能够准确地完成货物出入库记录及仓储环境测量及远传,具有较广的适用范围。According to the problems of traditional warehouse management system wiring complexity,inefficiency and so on,an overall design scheme of remote management system for warehouse is put forward,the situation of warehousing logistics goods can be automatic discerned by using electronic tags,storage environment parameters are collected by combining with the ZigBee wireless technology.If parameters are not appropriate,the system will alarm timely.Warehousing environment parameters can be transferred to remote monitoring device or mobile phone by using 3G network.The hardware design and wiring structure are simple.The composition of the system is introduced,the hardware and software designs of concentrator and acquisition are analyzed.The test results show that the remote management system can complete accurately records of goods out of storage and measurement of warehousing environment,and has a wide range of applications.
