国内外艺术体操个人成套编排路线特性的对比与分析

摘　　要：对2011年艺术体操世界锦标赛20套个人成套从身体难度动作(原地和移动)、器械惊险性抛接难度(移动)、器械熟练性抛接(原地)和节奏步(移动)等五个方面进行对比,总结归纳了国内外运动员在各种项目的成套编排中路线的使用频率、使用方式及各类动作与路线的配合方法特点。建议在艺术体操成套动作编排过程中,应从运动员和欣赏者双方的视角考虑,以达到在保证起评分数的基础上,将艺术价值和表现效果最大化;在进行艺术体操成套编排的过程中,要充分考虑到运动员的个性化特点,为其设计适合的成套移动路线;应从青少年时期起全面的训练运动员的器械感、协调性、表现力和综合能力,才能为高水平成套的设计和完成打下坚实的基础。This research took moving lines of individual routines in Rhythmic Gymnastics as research points. 12 rou- tines of 3 foreign athletes and 8 of Chinese athletes in 2011 World Championship Games were analyzed from five as- pects：difficulties, instruments using in moving, instruments using on spots and rhythmic steps. The moving frequen- cy, using styles, action-moving corporations were studied. The researcher advised that：During the choreography design of Rhythmic Gymnastics routines, we should consider both athletes＇ characters and the viewers. Apart from keep a enough starting score, designers should consider how to maximize the art value and the effects of the routines ; personal styles of athletes should be taken into account ; From the youth training, the feeling of instruments, coordination of athletes, the sense of art and showing should be paid attentions to so that the athletes got a full ability base for future developments.
