食管癌患者及主要照料者的心理状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解本地区高发肿瘤食管癌患者及其主要照料者的心理健康状况,并分析其影响因素。方法:利用问卷调查的方式调查301对患者及其主要照料者的抑郁、无望感评分,并将结果与多因素进行分析。结果:患者及主要照料者抑郁的发生率分别为52.8%和47.2%,有64.4%的患者和53.9%的主要照料者出现轻度到重度的无望感。结论:食管癌患者及其主要照料者存在不同程度的抑郁和无望感,且两者相互影响,需要进行心理干预。Objective To investigate the psychosocial health situation of local esophageal cancer patients and their family caregivers,and explore the influencing factors. Methods The depressive and hopeless score were surveyed in 301 patients and their respective caregivers by questionnaire survey. And the data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results The incidence rate of depression among patients and caregivers was 52. 8% and 47. 2%,respectively. The mild and moderate hopelessness was occurenced in 64. 4% patients and 53. 9% caregivers. Conclusion Patients and their caregivers showed different degrees of depression and hopelessness,and their psychosocial situation affected each other. Psychosocial interventions should be needed to do for them.
