摘　　要：通过比较和分析甲基叔丁基醚作为汽油抗爆添加剂的全球专利申请量年度分布(1972-2013年),主要申请人分布(按照申请人关于甲基叔丁基醚专利申请量由多到少排序),全球专利申请国别分布,并按照专利技术分支(甲基叔丁基醚的制备,金属与有机复配抗爆剂以及有机类复配抗爆剂)进行技术路线的分析,从这些专利数据出发,挖掘专利背后隐藏的信息。Through the comparison and analysis of annual distribution of global patent quantity （ from 1972 to 2013 ）, the distribution of the main applicant, the country distribution of patent application, the analysis of the patent technology branch （the preparation of methyl tert-butyl ether, metals and organic antiknock and organic antiknock）, we try to dig the information behind patent from the patent data.
