摘  要:用水热合成法制备了纳米Zn O光催化材料,使用SEM和XRD对样品进行了表征,并与商业Zn O作了比较。其光催化性能验证由紫外光下催化氧化模拟烟气中NO得出,并对比了P25型Ti O2和商业Zn O的效果。研究表明:水热法制得的Zn O具有片状晶型,较棒状的商业Zn O有更大的比表面积。实验条件下,光催化氧化NO的效率达到14%,高于商业Zn O。但与P25相比效果较差,说明应用到光催化氧化时还需要一定的改进。The nano ZnO photocatalytic material was prepared through hydro-thermal synthesis, and characterized by SEM and XRD. It was also compared with commercial ZnO. The photocatalytic performance of homemade ZnO was verified by the catalytic oxidation experiments of NO from simulated flue gas under UV light. The effect of P25 TiO2 and commercial ZnO was also taken for comparison. The results showed that with a plate crystal shape the homemade ZnO did have larger specific surface area than the rod-like commercial ZnO. Under certain experimental conditions, 14% NO photocatalytic oxidation efficiency for homemade ZnO was got, higher than the efficiency with commercial ZnO. However, the photocatalytic effect was worse than P25, which indicated that modification was needed when this kind of ZnO applied in photocatalytic oxidation.
