摘  要:阐明炉温均匀性,特别是直行温度均匀性重要性。阐述了烧高炉煤气时直行温度均匀性的调节的措施,以及调节前后直行温度均匀性的变化。主要是从煤气均匀性、空气均匀性、废气均匀性三个方面来提高直行温度均匀性。煤气均匀性主要是通过调节煤气孔板的大小来改善,空气均匀性主要是通过配置相应尺寸的进风门铁板来改善,废气均匀性主要是通过调节废气盘小翻板开度来改善。The importance of coke oven temperature uniformity was clarified, especially the tlue temperature uniformity. Modified measures of improving the flue temperature's uniformity were expounded when the blast furnace gas was burnt, and the change of the flue temperature's uniformity was also discussed before and after the adjustment ways. Three aspects mainly including the uniformity of the gas, air uniformity, and uniformity of exhaust were introduced to improve the flue temperature's uniformity. The improvement of uniformity of coal gas, air, and flue gas were mainly by adjusting the size of gas orifice plate, finger plate and the damper opening of waste gas box respectively.
