摘  要:内蒙某锌硫矿含锌2.83%,硫22.48%。原矿嵌布粒度细,黄铁矿可浮性好,致使锌硫分离困难。使用TMA作为浮选闪锌矿的捕收剂,采用优先选锌,尾矿选硫工艺,有效解决了锌硫分离,获得锌精矿含锌48.18%,回收率88.18%,硫精矿含硫40.21%,硫回收率83.19%的较好选矿指标。为矿山生产提供了科学依据。A zice sulfur ore from Inner Mongolia contains 2.83 % of zice and 22.48 % of sulfer. The minerals are finely disseminated , good flotability of pyrite brings about the difficult separation of zinc and sulfur . This research adopts the TMA as a flotation collector in the flowsheet of preferentially floating zinc -- floating sulfur in tailings. So the separation of zice and sulfur was efficiently solved. The concentrate grade containing 48.18% Zn and 40.21% S was obtained with recovery of 88.18% Zn and 83.19% S. scientific and accurate basis for production is provided.
