摘　　要：陕甘边苏区的法制建设,是伴随着苏区政治、经济、文化、军事等各项建设事业而开展起来的,促进了苏维埃政权职能的充分发挥,为苏区的巩固和发展发挥了重要作用,具有显著的特点。The legal construction of Shaanxi-Gansu Soviet Area side is accompanied by the political, economic, cultural, military and other construction work undertaken together. The legal Soviet Area construction promotes the Soviet Regime to full play its functions. It is for the consolidation and development of the Soviet Area played an important role, and has remarkable features.
