摘  要:联特征及各肌肉活动贡献度大小。研究方法:选取某省田径投掷项目9名男子运动员为研究对象。应用德国产ISOMED2000等动测试系统、美国产Noraxon Telemyo 2400T 16通道表面肌电无线遥测系统进行同步测试。运用配对T检验对数据进行统计,显著性水平设为P<0.05。研究结果:等动测试中,分别得到躯干左旋或右旋峰值力矩、平均峰值功率值、平均积分肌电值、肌肉活动贡献度相关数据。躯干左旋肌肉峰值力矩和功率值均高于右旋值,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。研究结论:(1)等动训练中,不同速度下积分肌电值和峰值力矩变化趋势不一致,单一积分肌电值指标不能反映峰值力矩变化特征。(2)等动训练中,躯干旋转肌群表面肌电时序一致,各肌肉活动贡献度大小不同,斜方肌肌肉活动贡献度处于较高水平。Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the force and surface EMG features of trunk rotation muscles of throwing athletes during isokinetic training.. Methods: Nine male subjects volunteered to participate in this study. We recorded synchronously the related parameters using the Germany ISOMED2000 isokinetic training system and American Noraxon Telemyo 2400 T 16Surface Electromyography; A paired t test was used for statistical processing,significant level of P〈0. 05. Results: We got the data of left or right ROTation-Peak Torque,Peak power of trunk,the average IEMG respectively. The results showed the peak torque( PT) and power of left trunk rotation muscles were higher than that of right trunk rotation muscles at each angular velocity,and showed significance level of P〈0. 01. Conclusions:( 1)During different speed isokinetic maximum strength training,the trends of the peak torque and integral EMG are inconsistent,a single integrated electromyogram index cannot reflect the variation of peak torque.( 2) Based on contribution rate and the sequence of muscle activation,trunk rotation muscles Surface electromyography of timing are consistent The size of the contributions of muscle activity is different,and the contributions of muscle activity of the trapezius muscle has the higher level.
