体育信息化发展路径的分析研究——基于江苏省体育信息化现状的实证调查

摘　　要：体育信息化建设是实现体育事业跨越式发展、加快体育现代化进程的重要举措。本文针对江苏体育信息化工作进行实地调查,对现阶段江苏省体育信息化的现状、发展前景及其影响因素进行实证分析,以期把握现阶段我国体育信息化组织与制度创新的需求、动因和行动路径。研究针对江苏省体育信息化的信息网络、信息资源、信息技术和产业、信息化人才、信息化政策法规和标准规范等信息化体系要素进行了问卷调查。调查表明江苏省体育信息化建设协同发展能力较差,信息技术应用水平普遍较低,获取服务信息的效率低下。随着江苏省信息化进入了全面、融合、创新发展的新阶段,体育信息化建设将迎来良好发展机遇。江苏省体育信息化建设目标应包括体育资源数字化、网络化,追求智能化、虚拟化和服务化管理模式,同时快速提升体育信息化产业水平。为此,研究认为应选择"智慧体育"作为切入点融入"智慧江苏"发展战略体系,通过建设典型信息应用系统形成以点带面的发展局面,借助校企结合培养专门人才同时培育体育信息技术企业,相信借助江苏省特有的区位优势及其社会发展水平,江苏体育信息化建设方面必将取得良好进展。Sport information construction is an important measure to achieve leaping development of sport and accelerate the process of sport modernization. With survey on present situation,prospects and influencing factors of Jiangsu sport information,this paper describes organizational and institutional innovation needs,motivation and action path of China＇s sport information. Survey contents include network,information resources,information technology and industrialization,information talents,information technology policies and standards of Jiangsu Province sports information. Survey showed that the collaborative development ability of sport information construction of Jiangsu Province are not strong,application level of information technology is generally low,accessing to service information is inefficient. With information technology comprehensive development of Jiangsu Province,there is a good opportunity for sport information development. To achieve modernization of Jiangsu sport information,some aims must be achieved. They are full digitization of sport resources,intelligence and virtualization of management,sport information industrialization. This paper suggest that＂Smart Sport＂is an entry point and become a part of＂Smart Jiangsu＂,develop a typical information system,with the school and enterprise cultivate talents via corporation with companies and schools. It is convinced that sport information construction in Jiangsu is bound to make good progress with the location advantage and social development of Jiangsu.
