摘　　要：从武术神秘性的视角出发,我们才能认清武术的本质,并认为高校武术教学改革必须围绕击技教学和文化教学这两点进行.据此论文提出了高校武术教学改革的相关建议.Talking about the teaching of Wushu in universities from the new aspect of mysteriousness, we believe that more attention should be paid to the fighting meaning and the culture of Wushu if we want the students to have a correct recognition of the mysteriousness of Wushu and enhance Wushu teaching in colleges and universities to better play its due role, great importance should be attached to the martial art and culture while certain reforms should be taken. Finally recommendations were made.
