摘　　要：罗马法作为历史上最伟大的法系流传久远,对于当今法律依然有着深刻的影响,这主要得益于罗马法长久秉持的内在精神。这些精神包括对法律的信仰、理性和自然法、私法至上和多元精神。而珍爱自己的传统恰恰才是罗马法这笔遗产的真正精神和真正生存密码。The Roman law,as the greatest law system with a long history,still has a profound influence on today＇s law,which is mainly due to the inner spirit upheld by the Roman law.These spirits include the belief to law,rationality and natural law,supreme private law and multiple spirits.And cherishing their tradition is the true spirit of the Roman law and the real survival cipher as a legacy.
