幽门螺杆菌感染与体质量指数、血脂、尿酸的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与体质量指数(BMI)、血脂[包括总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C))、尿酸(UA)的关系。方法选取接受健康体检者1107例,进行14C-尿素呼气试验、体质量指数、血脂、尿酸及空腹血糖(FPG)检测。结果 Hp感染的检出率为45.89%;在高TG、低HDL-C、高UA情况下,女性Hp感染率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hp感染率与BMI、UA分组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Hp感染与BMI、UA呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染与超重、肥胖、高尿酸血症可能相关。Objective To analyze the correlation betweenhelicobacter pylori（Hp） infection and body mass index（BMI）,serum lipids[including serum total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol（HDL-C）,Low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） ]and uric acid（UA）.Method One thousand and onehundred seven cases ofhealth people were collected in Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Medical College from 2011 to2013.All cases were measured 14 C urea breath test,body mass index,lipids,uric acid and fasting plasma glucose（FPG）.Results The prevalence of Hp infection was 45.89%.The Hp infection rate of females washigher than that of males inhigh serum TG orhigh UA or low level of HDL-C（P 0.05）.The Hp infection rate was negatively related with BMI and uric acid.Conclusion The Hp infection maybe related with overweight,obesity andhyperuricemia.
