摘　　要：阐述了我校分析测试中心成立以来出现的一些问题及建议,主要涉及资金投入、实验室队伍建设、共享平台等方面。通过改进,使大型仪器设备管理得以科学化、制度化、规范化,有效地保障教学科研工作的开展,为学院和学校提供一个良好的条件平台。Some problems and suggestions from the management on large instrument in analysis and testing center of college of chemistry and chemical engineering, which contained capital investment, the laboratory team construction and sharing platform; the efforts on rational management on large instrument explored a scientific, systematical and standard way to effectively guarantee the progress in teaching and scientific works and provided a good platform for college and university.
