摘　　要：从职业发展的需要出发,阐述了构建基于职业发展的实践教学体系的必要性;指出当前实践教学不足,结合本校实际情况,提出了基于职业发展的工业工程专业实践教学体系。合理的实践教学体系,可以有效提高人才培养质量,提高毕业生的就业竞争力,促进毕业生的职业发展。Industrial engineering undergraduate education is absolutely cannot lack of practice teaching. According to the need of occupational development, expounds the necessity of constructing the practical teaching System. By analyzing the lack of practice teaching the practice teaching system based on occupational development was proposed, combining with the actual situation and characteristics of the university. Reasonable practical teaching system can effectively improve the quality of talent training, it not only can improve the employment competitiveness of graduates, also can promote the occupational development.
