摘　　要：目的探讨经脐单孔法腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的价值。方法回顾性分析采用经脐单孔法腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝58例的临床资料。结果 58例患儿均顺利完成手术,无中转开放手术。术中无内脏损伤、输精管或精索血管损伤等并发症发生。随访2～15个月,未见睾丸萎缩、斜疝复发或医源性隐睾。结论经脐单孔法腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝安全有效,减少了手术伤口,创伤更小,术后更美观。但手术操作相对困难,对术者要求较高。Objective To study the clinical value of trans-umbilical single port laparoscopic high sac ligation for indirect inguinal hernia in children. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 58 children received trans-umbilical single port laparoscopic high sac ligation for indirect inguinal hernia. Results The operation was successfully completed in all of the cases. No conversion to laparotomy was required in all cases. No visceral injury or injury of vas deferens and spermatic vessels were observed. They were followed up for 2 ～ 15 months,during which no recurrence,testicular atrophy and iatrogenic cryptochidism were found. Conclusion The trans-umbilical single port laparoscopic high sac ligation is a safe,effective,convenient and minimal procedure for the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children. The operation procedure is more complicated and needs more skillful specialists.
