摘　　要：目的探讨白介素-18(IL-18)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)在骨性关节炎(OA)发生发展中的临床意义。方法选取膝关节OA患者71例为OA组,健康成人30名为对照组。采用放射免疫学法检查关节囊滑液中IL-18及TNF-α含量,进行统计学分析。结果 OA组关节滑囊积液中IL-18及TNF-α显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IL-18及TNF-α参与了关节软骨破坏和滑膜炎症反应的病理过程。Objective To explore the clinical significances of IL-18 and TNF-α in the development of osteoarthritis. Methods Seventy-one patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as OA group and 30 healthy adults as control group. Radioimmunoassay was used to check the contents of IL-18 and TNF-α in articular synovial fluid,and the results were analyzed statistically. Results The contents of IL-18 and TNF-α in articular synovial fluid in OA group were higher than those in control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion IL-18 and TNF-α are involved in the pathological process of destruction of articular cartilage and synovial inflammation.
