摘  要:目的:比较不同煎煮法对当归补血汤药效的影响。方法:采用放血和环磷酰胺法复制气血两虚模型,造模成功后,分别灌胃当归补血汤(传统煎)和当归补血汤(机煎),从游泳时间、血黏度、血常规以及免疫球蛋白含量方面评价两者的药效。结果:与空白组比较,模型组游泳时间明显减少,血黏度显著提高,血红细胞数、血红蛋白含量及免疫球蛋白含量显著减少(P<0.05);给药后,模型鼠游泳时间明显增加(P<0.05),血黏度显著降低(P<0.05),血红细胞数、血红蛋白及免疫球蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05)。给药组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:煎药机煎煮法所得当归补血汤能够有效改善模型鼠气血两虚症状,提高免疫力,与传统煎煮法所得药液质量相同。Objective:To study the effect of different decoction methods on efficacy of Danggui Buxuedecoction. Methods:Rat models with deficiencies of both qi and blood induced by releasing blood and injecting with cyclophosphamide. After the modeling,model rats wer randomly divided into traditonal group and machine group,blank group and modelgroup. The traditonal group and machine group were gived the Danggui Buxue tang decocted by traditional and machine decoction method respectively.evaluate the efficacy of both groups with swiming time,blood viscosity,blood routine examination,and immune globulin content. Results:The swiming time,red blood cell quantity,hemoglobin content,immune globulin content of blank group were reduced and blood viscosityea increased significantly compared with model group.After the treatment,the swiming time,red blood cell quantity,hemoglobin content,immune globulin content were increased and blood viscosityea reduced significantly.There was no statistical significance of difference between traditonal group and machine group. Conclusion:Danggui Buxue tang decocted by machine can improve the clinical symptoms with deficiencies of both qi and blood,improve immunity.there is no difference in quality of Danggui Buxue tang between traditonal and machine decoction method.
