乳康汤治疗乳腺增生实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究乳康汤治疗乳腺增生的机理,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法:采用苯甲酸雌二醇联合黄体酮肌注制成大鼠乳腺增生模型,给予乳康汤灌胃给药,治疗30 d后取大鼠乳腺组织做病理检查,检测血清生殖激素E2、P、PRL以及血清TNF-α、IL-2的水平变化,测量大鼠第2对乳房的直径。结果:乳康汤高剂量组能够降低大鼠血清雌二醇含量,升高孕酮含量,恢复激素水平的失衡,能够提高大鼠体内IL-2含量、降低TNF-α水平,增强机体免疫功能,促进大鼠乳腺组织的恢复,明显降低大鼠的乳头高度,并能减少增生的乳腺腺泡数量,减轻导管扩张程度。各指标与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:高剂量乳康汤具有较明显的治疗乳腺增生的作用。Objective：To observe the effect of Rukang tang on breast hyperplasia in rats. Methods：The model that hyperplastic mammary of gland rats was built by injecting Extradose Benzoate and Progesterone. After giving Rukang tang to rats for lasting 30 days,The breast tissue of rats were observed in pathology and the level of Tunmor Necrosis Factor（TNF-α）,Interleukin-2（IL-2）,E2,PRL and P were tested.The height of the second nipple of rats were measured. Results：High-dose Rukang tang can increase the level of P and decrease the level of E2,so that it can recover balance of endocrine hormone in MGH rats. Highdose Rukang tang can decrease TNF-α and increase IL-2,so that it can enhance the level of immunity in MGH rats and promote the recovery of mammary gland. High-dose Rukang tang can also remarkably reduce the nipple height of MGH rats,decrease the number of alveolus in lobules of mammary gland and improve the degree of vessel epithelial proliferation. All indexes of high-dose Rukang tang group have significant difference,compaired with model group（P〈0.05-0.01）. Conclusion：High-dose Rukang tang has the function of prevention and treatment on cyclomastopathy significantly.
