一清颗粒中五种生物碱类药效组分分析

摘　　要：目的:分析市售一清颗粒中5种生物碱类药效组分盐酸药根碱-盐酸表小檗碱-盐酸黄连碱-盐酸巴马汀-盐酸小檗碱的含量,为建立与临床疗效相对应的质量标准提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。结果:7个厂家的一清颗粒中生物碱类药效组分含量分别为:厂家1:0.0738-0.1795-0.2517-0.2801-1.0109 mg·g-1;厂家2:0.1273-0.2527-0.3114-0.3890-1.7094 mg·g-1;厂家3:0.0570-0.2210-0.2501-0.2143-0.8732 mg·g-1;厂家4:0.0334-0.1164-0.1333-0.1256-0.4674 mg·g-1;厂家5:0.0201-0.0397-0.0545-0.0765-0.2403 mg·g-1;厂家6:0.0764-0.1387-0.2513-0.2648-0.9727 mg·g-1;厂家7:0.1408-0.1448-0.3089-0.2974-1.0175 mg·g-1。结论:本方法准确、简便、快速,为全面控制一清颗粒质量提供科学依据。7个厂家一清颗粒中5种生物碱药效组分含量差别较大,厂家2各组分含量较高,厂家4、5含量相对较低。Objective：To analysis the content of five kinds of Active Components Alignments（ACA）of alkaloids（jatrorrhizine hydrochloride,epiberberine chloride,coptisine hydrochloride,palmatine chloride,berberine hydrochloride）in Yiqing granules and provide scientific basis for establishment of quality level based on effect. Method：By RP-HPLC. Results：The content of Active Components Alignments alkaloids in Yiqing granules were：1th：0.0738-0.1795-0.2517-0.2801-1.0109 mg/g;2th：0.1273-0.2527-0.3114-0.3890-1.7094 mg/g;3th：0.0570-0.2210-0.2501-0.2143-0.8732 mg/g;4th：0.0334-0.1164-0.1333-0.1256-0.4674 mg/g;5th：0.0201-0.0397-0.0545-0.0765-0.2403 mg/g;6th：0.0764-0.1387-0.2513-0.2648-0.9727 mg/g;7th：0.1408-0.1448-0.3089-0.2974-1.0175 mg/g. Conclusion：This method is accurate,simple and quickly,and it can be scientific basis for the control quality totally of Yiqing granules.The content of active components alignments of alkaloids have a big difference in 7 manufacturers.The manufacturer 2th content of ACA were relatively high. manufacturer 4th and 5th have low content.
