摘　　要：目的：建立野菊花微型灌肠剂的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对野菊花微型灌肠剂中的蒙花苷、绿原酸进行定性鉴别,并进一步采用高效液相色谱法对该制剂有效成分蒙花苷、绿原酸进行含量测定。结果：薄层色谱专属性强,含量测定蒙花苷、绿原酸在进样量0.200-2.000、0.067-0.660μg内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1E＋06X-371.26,r=0.9999;Y=2E＋06X-5611.3,r=0.9998（n=6）。平均加样回收率为97.32%,RSD为0.74%;平均加样回收率为96.77%,RSD为0.79%。结论：该方法简便快速,结果准确,可以有效控制野菊花微型灌肠剂质量。Objective：Establish the quality standards of wild chrysanthemum miniature enema.Methods：Using thin layer chromatography（TLC）to receive flower of chrysanthemum indicum miniature enema glycosides,qualitative identification,chlorogenic acid and further by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）method for active ingredients in the preparation was spent glycosides,the content determination of chlorogenic acid. Results：Content of TLC specific,flower glycosides,chlorogenic acid in sample quantity0.200-2.000 μg,0.067g-0.660 μg had good linear relationship,The regression equation for Y=1E＋06X-371.26,r=0.9999;Y=2E＋06X-5611.3,r=0.9998（n=6）. The average sample recovery rate was 97.32%,RSD was 0.74%. 96.77%,RSD was 0.79. Conclusion：This method is simple and rapid,accurate,and can effectively control the quality of wild chrysanthemum miniature enema.
