瓜多肽联合中药熏洗治疗骨折术后延迟愈合的临床价值及可行性研究

摘　　要：目的:分析瓜多肽联合中药熏洗治疗骨折术后延迟愈合的临床价值以及治疗的可行性。方法:选取40例骨折术后延迟愈合的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。观察组患者在局部麻醉的情况下对患者进行穿刺,剥离骨折断端间的瘢痕肉芽组织,然后将瓜多肽溶液注射到患者的骨折断端,每周进行1次注射。在注射后的第2天需要使用舒筋活血药物对患者的骨折部位进行熏洗,直到下周注射之前。一共需要注射4周,在1个月后对患者进行X线复查,观察患者的治疗效果。对照组患者使用传统方法进行治疗。结果:随访1年后,观察组患者19例愈合,1例骨端硬化没有愈合,对照组患者13例愈合,7例未能愈合。观察组患者有1例感染病例的发生,对照组患者发生了3例感染病例。在满意度方面,观察组患者对治疗效果满意的人数占19例,满意率为95%,对照组患者对治疗效果满意人数为12例,满意率为60%。结论:在治疗骨折术后延迟愈合患者的过程中,通过瓜多肽联合中药熏洗的方式能够安全快捷、方便有效的对患者进行治疗,同时治疗过程中不易发生感染的情况,在治疗骨折术后延迟愈合的过程中值得推广应用。Objective：Analysis and cucumis polypeptide combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and feasibility of the clinical value of treatment of delayed union and washing in treating fracture after operation. Methods：40 cases of fracture delayed healing of postoperative patients,randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each. The observation group patients under local anaesthesia for patients with puncture,stripping of broken ends of fracture of the scar tissue,and the melon peptide solution was injected into the fracture patients,1 times weekly injection. The use of Shujin Huoxue drugs on the fracture site were fumigation in the second day after injection,injection until next week. The total injection for 4 weeks,X-ray examination for patients after 1 months,to observe the therapeutic effect of patients. The patients in control group were treated with traditional methods. Results：After 1 year followup,patients in the observation group of 19 cases of healing,1 cases of bone sclerosis not healing,patients in the control group of 13 cases were healed,7 cases failed to heal. The patients in observation group there were 1 cases of infection,patients in the control group had 3 cases of infection. In the observation group satisfaction,number of patients treated with satisfactory effect accounted for 19 of the people,the satisfactory rate was 95%,control group were treated with satisfactory effect for the number 12,satisfaction rate of 60%. Conclusion：In the treatment of postoperative patients with fracture delayed healing process,the melon peptide combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation way safely and fast,convenient and effective for the treatment of patients,and treatment process is not easy to infection occurs,in the treatment of fracture delayed union after application worth in the process.
