宋氏双板刮痧治疗高血压临床观察

摘　　要：目的:验证宋氏双板刮痧疗法在高血压治疗中的有效性和安全性,并通过临床试验形成规范化方案,以便于进一步临床推广应用。方法:采用前瞻性、随机对照临床试验设计方案。观察高血压患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。治疗组采用宋氏双板刮痧结合病人原始用药蒙诺或科素亚或络活喜或倍他乐克其中1种药物综合治疗。对照组采用高血压患者常规用药,蒙诺10 mg/次、1次/d或科素亚50 mg/次、1次/d或络活喜5 mg/次、1次/d或倍他乐克50 mg/次、2次/d。两组均以7 d为1个疗程,连续做4个疗程,并于治疗第0、14、28天观察相关效应性、安全性指标,随访3个月。结果:治疗后,治疗组和对照组相比收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)均有显著下降,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组治疗后相比,DBP下降差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),SBP治疗组下降更为显著,两组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率88.3%,对照组总有效率76.7%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:宋氏双板刮痧可有效降低高血压患者的收缩压。Objective：To verify the efficacy and safety of scrapping therapy in the treatment for hypertension,form a standardized treatment plan through clinical trials,then to further the clinical application. Methods：A prospective,randomized,controlled clinical trial was designed to observe 120 cases of hypertension patients who were divided into control group and treatment group in random,60 cases for each group.Treatment group used the scrapping therapy and only one of the anti-hypertensive drugs as follows：Monopril,Cozaar,Norvasc or Metoprolol. Control group was given conventional drugs as above,10 mg Monopril,50 mg Cozaar or 5 mg Norvasc once a day,or 50 mg Betaloc,twice a day. Four sevenday courses of treatment were prescribed,effectiveness and safety at set days（before treatment,14 th day,28 th day）was observed,then followed up for 3 months. Results：SBP and DBP of both group have dropped significantly after treatment compared with before（P〈0.01）. There is no difference in DBP drop degree of both group after treatment. Compared with control group,SBP drop degree of treatment group is more significant,there is a difference between them（P〈0.05）. Total effectiveness treatment group is 88.3% while control group is 76.7%,the difference can be found between them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The scrapping created by Song can lower SBP in patients with hypertension effectively.
