中西医结合研究复发性流产病因

摘　　要：复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)指同一性伴侣连续发生3次及3次以上的自然流产,相当于中医的滑胎(habitual abortion)。复发性流产大多数为早期流产,少数为晚期流产。虽然复发性流产的定义为连续3次或3次以上,但大多数专家认为连续发生2次流产即应重视并予评估,因为其再次流产的风险与3次相近[1]。早期复发性流产常见原因为胚胎染色体异常、免疫功能异常、黄体功能不全、甲状腺功能低下等;晚期复发性流产常见原因为子宫解剖异常、自身免疫异常、血栓前状态等。中医病因病机主要与五脏功能紊乱、情志失调等因素有关。Recurrent spontaneous abortion refers to the natural abortion that happened with the same sex partner for three times or more than three times,it is equivalent to the habitual abortion of traditional Chinese medicine. Most of the recurrent spontaneous abortion are early abortions,while only a few of which are late abortions. Though the definition of recurrent spontaneous abortion for more than three times or three times abortion,but most experts believe that the occurrence of two consecutive abortions should be paid attention to and made assessment,because the risk of abortion again is similar with three times abortions. The common causes of recurrent early abortion are embryo chromosomal abnormalities,immune dysfunction,corpus luteum insufficiency,low thyroid function etc.While the common causes of recurrent late abortion are uterine anatomical abnormalities,autoimmune disorders,thrombosis of the full state etc The pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine are primarily related to the viscera function disorder,mental disorders and other factors.
