摘　　要：通过查阅文献,从病位、病机及治则角度探讨缺血性中风与督脉的关系,从而阐明针刺督脉治疗缺血性中风的理论基础;并总结其改善缺血性中风患者神经功能及失语、排尿功能障碍、吞咽困难等后遗症状的临床疗效,为临床针刺督脉为主或辅助治疗缺血性中风提供依据。By reviewing of the literature,the author try to discuss the relationship between ischemic stroke and governor vessel from the aspects of disease location,pathogenesis and therapeutic principle. Aim at clarifying the theoretical basis of treatment of ischemic stroke by puncturing acupoints of governor vessel. As well as summarize its clinical effects in improvement of neurological function and various kinds of sequelae（such as aphasia,voiding dysfunction and difficulty swallowing）in patients with ischemic stroke. In order to provide the basis for clinical treatment of ischemic stroke by puncturing acupoints of governor vessel as the main or auxiliary treatments.
