摘　　要：目的:建立藏药吉子恩保(甘西鼠尾草)DNA的提取方法,为进一步开展分子生药学研究奠定基础。方法:比较SDS法和改良CTAB法,运用紫外分光光度计和电泳分析方法测定所得DNA样品的纯度和浓度。结果与结论:两种方法中改良CTAB法所得的DNA质量较高。Objective：To obtain a method for yielding DNA from tibetan medicine Jizi-Enbao（Salvia przewalskii Maxim.）,which lie a foundation for further molecular experiments.Methods：Two different DNA extraction protocols,SDS protocol,and the improved CTAB protocol,were examined and compared.The purity and concentration of DNA were detected by UV spectrophotometric analysising and agarose gel electrophoresis testing.Results and Conclusion：The DNA isolated by improved CTAB protocol was with high quality in two different DNA extraction protocols.
