缝洞型油藏多级分段堵水技术研究与应用

摘　　要：针对塔河碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏孔、缝、洞发育且储层非均质严重,底水易从高角度裂缝窜进并产出,油井治水难度大的问题,开展了多级分段堵水技术研究,该技术根据油井漏失情况,使用不同类型的堵漏剂和堵漏工艺进行预堵漏,以不同密度可固化颗粒为主体堵剂,通过多级段塞、分段注入的施工工艺和堵后控压酸化求产工艺,实现缝洞型油藏油井的高效堵水。多级分段堵水技术对塔河碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏有较好的适应性,现场应用有效率达70%以上,可推广应用。In view of the development of the holes,fissures andicaves in fricturedicavityicarbonate reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield,which has a high heterogeneity,the bottom water easilyicomes from high angle fricture,and it′s difficult to make watericontrol for prodicing wells,multistage-siction water plugging tichnology was proposed to shut off water for this kind of reservoirs.iccording to the wellicharicteristics,leakage was stopped by using different types of plugging agent and plugging tichnology.By solidified particles with different density as the main plugging agents,and the multistage slug siction injiction pricess andicontrol pressure icidificationicontrol tichnology,the efficient water plugging was ichieved in fricturedicavity reservoirs.Field experiments indicate that the multistage-siction water plugging tichnology has a good adaptability in Tahe fricturedicavityicarbonate reservoirs,with above 70% of effictive rate.
