湖南“两型产业”科技金融公共服务平台的研究

摘　　要：湖南科技金融公共服务平台具有较好的发展基础,公共政策体系较完善,金融体系特色明显,科技创新能力较强,多层次科技金融公共服务平台初步形成,但针对"两型社会"和"两型产业"金融支撑体系和公共服务平台不规范不健全,"两型产业"科技金融公共服务平台的资源聚集效应不明显,据此提出了成立湖南两型科技金融服务专职领导机构,打造"两型产业"科技金融池,健全"两型产业"科技金融库,完善"两型产业"科技金融网,丰富"两型产业"科技金融链的对策建议,以此激活湖南科技金融体制,汇聚湖南科技金融资源,统领湖南科技金融信息,联通湖南科技金融平台,从而全面促进和加速湖南"两型社会"和"两型产业"的发展。Hunan science and technology finance public service platform has a good foundation and develops the multi-level financial and industrial technology platform for public service which includes the better public policy, the financial organizations and the science and technology innovation system, but nowadays the financial support system and the public service platform is not dedicated to the development of the ＂two oriented society＂ and ＂two oriented industry＂, the resource aggregation effect of the public service platform is not obvious, this paper puts forward to the establishment of full-time leadership institutions of Hunan ＂two oriented industry＂, to create ＂two oriented industry＂ science and technology financial pool, perfect ＂two oriented industry＂ technology and finance base, improve the ＂two oriented industry＂ financial network and to rich ＂two oriented industry＂ technology financial chain, in order to activate the financial system of Hunan, gather the information and resources of the science and technology financial in Hunan, Unicorn all the related platforms ,and so as to comprehensively promote and accelerate the development of the Hunan ＂two oriented society＂ and ＂two oriented industries＂.
