摘　　要：采用文献综述法，对教师自主发展内涵、体育新课标“亮点”、体育教师自主发展的必要性、新课标下体育教师自主发展存在的主要问题进行研究，旨在为“新课标”下体育教师自主发展指引方向。Through document summary, the paper discusses on the connotation of teachers＇ independent development, the highlight of the new curriculum standard, PE teachers＇ independent development and its main existing problems under the new curriculum standard aiming at guide PE teachers to have better independent development.
