摘　　要：随着我国汽车工业的迅速发展,零部件行业在汽车工业发展中占据越来越重要的地位。作为汽车产业链市场中的重要一环——汽车零部件市场面临巨大发展潜力。目前,越来越多的汽车零部件跨国制造商涌入中国汽车市场,加快在华发展的步伐。日前,中国汽车零部件工业公司与土耳其汽车零部件制造商协会在上海举行了签约仪式。出席本次签约仪式的有中国汽车零部件工业公司和土耳其汽车零部件制造商协会的主要领导。In these days, the China Auto Parts ＆ Accessories Corp. （CAPAC） and Association of Automotive Parts and Components Manufactures-Turkey （TAYSAD） had held a signing ceremony in Shanghai. From the agreements, neither any real trade contracts could be seen, nor any apparent development data or index in material were concerned. But, from the status of both parts sig ning the agreements, it was not difficult to understand that the TAYSAD had made strategically planning.
