摘 要:近期,我国提出加快发展健康服务业。"健康服务业"落脚在"服务"二字,但我国医院对"服务"二字的内涵理解、人文基础、建设路径都还在探索阶段。目前导致医患关系紧张除了资源不足、医疗消费理念等方面的问题之外,医院没有开展有效的服务文化建设也是重要原因。不进行服务文化建设,很难使医务人员真正将服务意识内化于心。本文分析了"服务"的内涵,提出我国医疗服务文化应当确立具有本国特色的价值观基础,即以我国医疗职业道德、社会核心价值观为两大基础。本文进一步构想了我国医疗服务文化的建设路径,主要包括以患者为中心配置资源、激励医生提升专业服务水平、与患者建立互动参与式的良好关系。In recent years,China put forward to speed up the development of health service industry. The health service industry is established in the word service. However,Chinese hospitals are still exploring the concept and comprehension,the cultural foundation,and the development path of service. At present,lack of medical resources and the medical consume philosophy,no effective service cultural construction being launched in Chinese hospitals,shall all be blamed for the tension between doctors and patients. Those medical staff will not be able to truly internalize the sense of service into the mind without the construction of service culture. This article analyzes the concept of service,then proposes that Chinese medical service culture shall be based on the sense of value with Chinese unique feature,that is the basis of professional medical morality and social core value. This article further conceives the construction path of Chinese medical service culture,including allocating resource patients oriented,encourage doctors to improve professional service and building interactive good relationship between the patients and doctors.
