摘　　要：目的:评价新疆维吾尔自治区农村初级卫生保健工作现状,分析存在的问题,提出策建议。方法:采用分层抽样的方法,选择新疆16个县级行政单位,收集当地农村初级卫生保健工作的相关数据。运用SPSS13.0和TOPSIS法对其初级卫生保健的相关指标进行分析。结果:新疆农村初级卫生保健工作取得一定的成绩;农村初级卫生保健工作各项目开展和指标达标程度不一;自治区内各市县农村初级保健工作存在差异。结论:继续促进新疆初级卫生保健工作发展,缩小地区差异;分批推动农村初级卫生保健重点和难点项目开展;协调各市县初级卫生保健工作共同进步。Objective： To understand and evaluate the status of rural primary health care work in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,analysis the existed problems,and propose targeted policy recommendations. Methods： According to stratified sampling method,select 16 county-level administrative units in Xinjiang,and collect relevant data of local rural primary health care work; analyze the relevant indicators of primary health care using SPSS19. 0 and TOPSIS. Results： The rural primary health care work in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has made a certain progress; the rural primary health care projects＇ developing and the degree of indicators up to standard are both different; the rural primary health care work in cities and counties also have differences in Xinjiang province. Conclusion： To continue to strengthen the development of primary health care work in Xinxiang,and narrow regional difference; to promote key and difficult project; to promote common develop with the coordination of various cities and counties.
