基于模糊层次分析法的南京市某医院中药制剂定价方法研究

摘　　要：由于医院中药制剂具有制造成本影响因素众多以及存在隐形价值等特点,导致成本核算困难,难以科学合理定价。针对这一问题,利用对南京市某医院中药制剂的调查资料,建立医院中药制剂定价的指标体系,运用模糊层次分析及灰色关联分析法分析医院中药制剂定价问题。通过分析该院中药制剂肺宁合剂的价格方案,对所提办法进行验证。结果表明基于模糊层次分析法的医院中药制剂定价方法的有效性,对医院中药制剂价格制定有参考价值。There are numerous types of manufacturing cost and existing invisible value involved in Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation,which causes the difficult to cost accounting and price scientific and reasonable. To solve this problem,the survey data of the hospital in Nanjing was used to analyze the impact of the main elements of Chinese medicine pricing. Then the article established a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine preparations pricing method based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Gray Relational Analysis. It proved the validation of the proposed method by the Feining mixture example in the hospital. The result showed that the method is reasonable,which could provide pricing reference value in future.
