摘　　要：目的:探讨美沙酮受治者社会功能缺陷现状及其对服药依从性的影响,为采取有针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。方法:通过多阶段抽样方法选择研究对象,采用社会功能缺陷量表和前瞻性观察依从性记录表,调查分析美沙酮维持治疗者的社会功能现状、服药依从性及其相互关系。结果:106名研究对象的社会功能平均得分为(3.82±2.99),社会功能缺陷者78人,占总调查人数的73.58%。社会功能正常组和缺陷组的服药脱失天数和剂量变化组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美沙酮维持治疗者中有较多的人出现了社会功能缺陷;美沙酮受治者社会功能缺陷可能是影响服药依从性的相关因素。Objective： To probe the current situation of Methadone governed＇s social dysfunction and its impact on medication compliance which provide the scientific basis for adopting targeted interventions. Methods： Selected by the multistage sampling method study and using social disability scale and prospective observational record compliance,investigate and analysis of the Social Function and its medication compliance of methadone maintenance treatment and their interactions. Results： The average score of the social function of 106 study objects is 3. 82 ± 2. 99,78 people of Social dysfunction stood 73. 58% of the total number of investigations. Compared the social function of normal with medication default group of days and doses,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Social dysfunction Methadone maintenance treatment exited more social dysfunction objects; social dysfunction of methadone governed may be related to the factors of affecting medication compliance.
