摘　　要："人文生产力"是从价值视角审视生产力理论的必然结果,是以马克思生产力理论的基本精神为指导,在批判和反思传统生产力理论的基础上提出的,其基本内涵是生产发展、生态良好和人的发展的三位一体和有机统一。"人文生产力"观是科学的生产力观,代表了未来生产力发展的必由之路,它的提出不仅有重要的理论意义,而且有重大的实践价值。As the inevitable result of examining the productivity theory from the perspective of value,humanistic productivity guided by the basic spirit of Marx＇s productivity theory,is put forward on the basis of criticism and reflection on the traditional productivity theory. Its basic connotation is the trinity and organic unity of production development,good ecology and human development. The concept of humanistic productivity is a scientific one of productivity,representing the only way for the future development of productivity,which is of great significance in theory and has the great value in practice.
