副产亚硫酸钠结晶水生产脂肪族混凝土减水剂的研究

摘　　要：阐述了应用副产亚硫酸钠结晶水生产脂肪族混凝土减水剂的工艺。试验结果表明:利用副产结晶水生产的脂肪族减水剂在净浆流动度、砂浆减水率、混凝土强度等性能指标上达到了通用脂肪族减水剂标准。通过这种方法生产的脂肪族减水剂不仅解决了结晶水排放造成的环境污染问题,还大大降低了脂肪族减水剂的生产成本,产生了明显的社会和经济效益。This article focuses on the technology use of by-product sodium sulfite crystal water to produce aliphatic admixture for concrete. Test results indicate that with by-product water of crystallization, aliphatic water reducer in paste fluidity, mortar, concrete strength properties obtains common standards of aliphatic admixture. In this way, the production of aliphatic water reducer not only solves the problem of the crystal water environmental pollution caused by emissions, also greatly reduce the production cost of aliphatic admixture, and produces significant social and economic benefits.
