浅谈实木家具用交错实木板的性能

摘　　要：交错板在实木家具中的应用前景广阔。本文首先从木材选购、胶黏剂选用、机械配备、板坯制备及成型等方面系统地介绍交错板的制作工艺。其次,通过将交错板、复合密度板(贴木皮)、实木拼板进行外观特点对比,发现复合板能完美的呈现出真正实木的外观效果。再次,运用科学的技术手段对交错板进行力学性能实验,为交错板在实木家具中的应用提供理论指导。最后,本文还运用干燥箱法对交错板进行甲醛释放量检测,结果显示交错板的甲醛释放量达到EO级标准。Cross Laminated Timber （CLT） has wide application prospects in solid-wood furniture. Based on the systematical introduction of it＇ s manufacturing process in aspects of the selection of species, adhe- sives, mechanical equipment, composite board preparation and forming, CLT has perfect wood appear- ance compared with veneer laminated MDF and solid wood jointed board. A series of mechanical proper- ties experiments were conducted in order to provide theoretical guidance for the application of CLT in sol- id-wood furniture. Finally, the formaldehyde release of CLT was also tested in the paper, and the results show that CLT can achieve EO grade standard.
