摘　　要：通过访问我国31个省级公共图书馆网站对读者违规处置政策开展调查,从逾期不还、污损书刊和偷盗书刊3种读者违规行为入手,多维度分析读者违章的原因,并探讨公共图书馆在处理读者违章行为方面所采取的合理措施以及可行性办法。Readers＇ violation behavior is the coexistence of problem in each library. Through visiting the 31 provincial public library website of China, the paper takes a survey on readers＇ violation treatment policy of provincial public library. Starting from the three kinds of readers＇ violation behavior of provincial public libraries, that is, overdue, defi ling and stealing, this paper deeply analyzes the readers＇ violation treatment policy. This paper has a multi dimension analysis of the reasons for readers＇ violation behavior, and points out some improvement measures in dealing with readers＇ violation behavior and some feasibility methods.
