摘 要:为了解决目前应用于低温冷柜的制冷剂环保问题,本文对碳氢化合物应用于低温冷柜以替代R404A等传统的低温制冷剂进行了研究。本文编写了制冷剂循环性能程序,比较了R404A、R290、R290/DME(wt%:80/20)和R290/R134A(wt%:50/50)在低温工况下的热力学循环性能。基于商业冷柜SRL-CD2075HA,实验研究了R290及其二元混合物的最佳冲灌量和降温速度。结果表明:R290、R290/DME(wt%:80/20)和R290/R134A(wt%:50/50)的循环性能系数优于R404A,其系统耗功也比R404A系统低;R404A、R290、R290/DME(wt%:80/20)和R290/R134A(wt%:50/50)的最优充灌量分别为600 g、250 g、235 g和440 g。在同等条件下,R290及其二元混合工质完全可以达到R404A的制冷效果。To solve the environment issue of the refrigerant applied in low temperature cabinet freezers, the study was performed on the alternative refrigerants of R404A, such as hydrocarbons. A FORTRAN program for refrigeration cycle was proposed to obtain the thermodynamic cycle performance of R404A, R290, R290/DME (wt%: 80/20) and R290/R134A (wt%: 50/50) under low-temperature conditions. The optimal refrigerant charge amount and cooling rate of a SRL-CD2075HA commercial cabinet freezer were experimentally investigated The results show that the COP of R290, R290/DME (wt%: 80/20) and R290/R134A (wt%: 50/50) are better than that of R404A. Moreover, the power consumption is also lower. In addition, the optimal charge amount of R404A, R290, R290/DME (wt%: 80/20) and R290/R134A (wt%: 50/50) are about 600 g, 250 g, 235 g and 440 g, respectively. R290 and its binary refrigerant blends can achieve the same cooling effect of R404A under the same conditions.
