摘　　要：本文以车载电子设备的发射器件冷却为研究对象,列举了1,500 k W车载液冷系统主要技术指标。介绍了液冷系统的设计,阐述了液冷系统的流程、工作原理、设备组成和控制方式。研究成果对于同类装置产品的设计研制具有一定的参考价值。The emission device cooling system of a electronic equipment in the vehicle was taken as the research object in the present study, and the key technical indexes of a 1,500 kW liquid cooled system for the electronic equipment in the vehicle were listed. The design of liquid cooling system for the electronic equipment was introduced, and the system process, working principle, equipment composition and control mode were elaborated. The research result has a certain reference value for the design of similar device products.
