摘 要:现有的大多数水冷压缩冷凝机组性能评价系统需要提供相应的热负荷或冷负荷,来平衡被评价机组测试时产生的制冷量或制热量,故水冷压缩冷凝机组容量越大评价系统能耗越大。文中提出在大型水冷压缩冷凝机组性能评价系统中应用水冷冷凝器法,回收运行工况时被评价机组自身产生的冷热负荷来维持评价系统的稳定运行,不仅不用额外增加设备而且又能最大限度地降低能耗,实现节能的目的。同时,采用二次节流的方法来实现低蒸发温度工况的测试。In most of existing water-cooled compressor condenser unit performance evaluation systems, heat load or cooling load needs to be provided to banlance cooling capacity or heating capacity which is generated by the tested unit. As the capacity of water-cooled compressor condenser unit increases, energy consumption of the performance evaluation system is higher. Water-cooled condenser method was adopted in the large water-cooled condensing unit performance evaluation system. Under the recovery operation conditions, operation of the evaluation system was maintained by cooling and heating load which was generated by the tested unit. Additional equipments were not required and energy consumption was reduced. Meanwhile, the method of quadratic throttling was adopted to accomplish the test of low evaporation temperature conditions.
