摘　　要：近年来,供应链金融已经从一个全新的理念发展到广泛运用于企业实践中,并取得了一些成功的应用。为了解和学习国外这一领域最新的发展和变化,推动国内供应链金融发展,文章对Aberdeen公司近年来关于该领域的最新研究成果进行了系统梳理和评述,重点介绍了资金流动性管理和供应链可视化这两个供应链金融成功实施的关键要素,并结合当前我国该领域的发展现状分析了这些研究成果对于促进国内供应链金融发展的启示和借鉴意义。In recent years, supply chain finance has grown from a brand new concept to being extensively applied in practice, from which some successful cases also emerged. In order to catch and learn the latest developments and changes of this area in abroad, and then to promote its de- velopment at home, this paper reviewed the latest research on supply chain finance reported by Aberdeen Group in recent years. Particular inter- eats and discussions are focused on the two critical factors for the successful application, as liquidity management and supply chain visibility. In view of its current development status, the implications of these research results for promoting the development of supply chain finance in China are presented.
