摘 要:为了确定超滤膜处理净水厂生产废水的运行时间和跨膜压差(TMP)范围,研究了末期TMP和运行时间两种不同操作模式对超滤膜系统运行稳定性的影响,在试验结果的基础上分析了恒通量不可逆阻力。结果表明,低浊度生产废水宜采用固定运行时间作为操作模式,最佳运行时间为27 min;高浊度生产废水宜采用末期TMP作为操作模式,最佳末期TMP为0.060 MPa。In order to obtain the operational time and TMP scope of production wastewater by ultra_filtration membrane, the influence of end-stage TMP and operational time on operational stability of uhrafihration membrane system was studied, and the constant flux irreversible resistance was analyzed based on experimental results. The results indicated that fixed operational time was adopted as the operation mode in production wastewater with low turbidity, and the optimal operational time was 27 min. The end-stage TMP was used as the operation mode in production wastewater with high turbidity, and optimal end-stage TMP was 0. 060 MPa.
