摘 要:以Z市S水厂送水泵站为例,通过对水泵性能进行测试,得到了额定转速下的水泵特性曲线。在保证相同出厂流量和压力的条件下,基于水泵特性曲线对不同水泵并联运行能效进行分析计算,得出最优水泵组合方案。理论计算结果与泵站实际运行电耗对比结果表明,利用水泵特性曲线进行水泵优化组合可以达到节能降耗的目的,同时可为其他供水企业提供参考。Taking water supply pump station of S Waterworks in Z city as a case, the pump characteristic curve was obtained under rated speed by testing pump performance. Under the condition of ensuring constant outflow flux and pressure, the operational efficiency on different pump in parallel was analyzed and calculated based on pump characteristic curve, and the optimal pump combination scheme was obtained. When comparison of power consumption between theoretical and actual operation, it indicated that pump optimal combination could provide reference for energy saving adopting pump characteristic curve in water supply production.
